For these occurrences we offer Tyre Guarantee to provide peace of mind and a stress-free way of getting you back on the road as soon as possible.
For just £9.99 per tyre, Tyre Guarantee gives you peace of mind that in cases of accidental damage or manufacturing defects we will provide up to 100% discount on your replacement tyre or, if repairable, we will compensate you to fix your puncture. Please see our terms and conditions below for full details of the cover provided.
What Tyre Guarantee Covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: if your tyre is defective due to the manufacturing process or the materials used in the tyres construction, then depending on the tread depth remaining on your defective tyre, Blackcircles.com will provide either a replacement tyre or a discount on a new tyre. We will also cover the cost of fitting your new tyre.
- Accidental Damage: if your tyre is accidentally damaged, for example due to kerbing, potholes or punctures caused by objects damage, in the 12 months from the date we fitted your tyre, Blackcircles.com will provide a replacement tyre or discount on a new tyre, depending on the level of damage, or damage, or compensate you for the cost of repairing a puncture.
- Tyre Guarantee covers two (2) repairs (i.e., two separate £20 contributions) and one (1) discounted replacement per tyre covered by the guarantee, during the period of 12 months from the date of fitting. (See details below.)
Eligibility and purchase
- You must purchase Tyre Guarantee for all tyres in your order, at a cost per tyre as set out below.
- The Tyre Guarantee cover for accidental damage is limited to 12 months from the date we fitted your tyre.
- The Tyre Guarantee cover for manufacturing defects can only be used during the ‘legal lifetime’ of the tyre. The ‘legal lifetime’ of a tyre will expire when the tread depth is lower than 1.6mm.
- Tyre Guarantee is applicable to Car, Van, 4x4 and SUV tyres sold by Blackcircles.com.
- Tyre Guarantee is not available on mail order purchases.
- You can add Tyre Guarantee to your purchase via our website at the checkout or, for website orders already placed, by contacting us at any time up until the point your tyres are fitted at a garage.
- If a tyre is replaced under a Tyre Guarantee product, then the replacement tyre will no longer be covered under the existing product and a new Tyre Guarantee product could be purchased to cover the replacement tyre.
- Tyre Guarantee applies to your original purchased tyre and cannot be transferred from a defective tyre to a replacement tyre.

- Tyre Guarantee costs £9.99 per tyre.
- You must purchase Tyre Guarantee for all tyres in your order.

In the event of a problem with your tyre, please contact our team of tyre experts via email at Tyreguarantee @Blackcircles.com. Our colleagues will guide you through the process and arrange for the tyre(s) to be assessed under the terms of the Tyre Guarantee.
Things you should know before you contact us
- To qualify for the Tyre Guarantee, any defective tyres must be made available for return to us. In the event a tyre cannot be inspected by us, your ability to claim under the guarantee may be impacted.
- Defective tyres subject to any claim under the Tyre Guarantee must be retained and stored by you until a courier collection can be organised.
- We will pay any refund using the same means of payment as you used for your initial purchase of Tyre Guarantee, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Accidental Damage and Manufacturing Defects
Credit/Discount Levels
In the case of accidental damage or manufacturing defects, the level of credit/discount due to you will be based on the level of tread depth your tyre has left at the time of the fault (to be assessed by a Blackcircles.com tyre expert).
Tyre Guarantee covers one (1) discounted replacement, for each tyre covered, during the period of 12 months from the date of fitting.
The level of credit\discount provided depends on the tread depth of the tyre and is outlined below. This can range from a full replacement (where tread depth is 6mm or greater) to a 40% discount where tread depth is above the legal minimum tread depth of 1.6mm.
- Tread depth: 6mm+
- A new tyre - the same model* as your current tyre - will be provided free of charge.
- Tread depth: 5mm - 5.99mm
- A new tyre - the same model* as your current tyre - will be provided with an 80% discount applied (based on the Blackcircles.com price at the time of your original purchase of the damaged or defective tyre).
- Tread depth: 3mm - 4.99mm
- A new tyre - the same model* as your current tyre - will be provided with a 60% discount applied (based on the Blackcircles.com price at the time of your original purchase of the damaged or defective tyre).
- Tread depth: 1.6mm - 2.99mm
- A new tyre - the same model* as your current tyre - will be provided with a 40% discount applied (based on the Blackcircles.com price at the time of your original purchase of the damaged or defective tyre).
*If your current model is unavailable or superseded, we will offer you an equivalent or improved product.
Puncture Repair
In the event of a puncture, Blackcircles.com will compensate you with £20 towards the cost of a repair. To be eligible for this £20 compensation, you must provide evidence of the repair (in the form of a receipt or invoice), or photographic evidence of the damage (if the repair has not yet been carried out).
Tyre Guarantee covers two (2) repairs (i.e., two separate £20 compensations) for each tyre covered by the guarantee, during the period of 12 months from the date of fitting.
Where a Tyre cannot be repaired, a replacement will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tyre Guarantee product shall not apply to any replacement tyre.
Tyre Guarantee Exclusions
The following circumstances are not covered by Tyre Guarantee:
- Damage caused during the fitting or removal process: should damage occur to a tyre when the tyre is being fitted or removed by a Blackcircles.com fitter as part of a fully fitted service, this damage will be dealt with exclusively by the Blackcircles.com support service, which can be accessed at [email protected]
- Damage caused due to your failure to:

- maintain the correct tyre pressure.
- comply with the recommended load for your vehicle (as defined by the vehicle manufacturer).
- comply with the recommended towing load for your vehicle (as defined by the vehicle manufacturer); or
- correct balancing or tracking issues.
- Damage caused due to your use of tyres that are not compatible with your vehicle. Damage caused as a result of a vehicle defect or issue.
- Damage caused as a result of the use of snow chains or incorrectly used inflation devices.
- Damage as the result of use of the vehicle for competition or for track days.
- Malicious damage or acts of vandalism.
- Damage due to fire or acts of God.
Important Notes
- This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel your purchase of Tyre Guarantee within 14 days of purchase. In the UK, you may have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair of faulty goods.
- To exercise your right to cancel, you must electronically fill in and submit our cancellation form via email to [email protected]. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation by email and without delay.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
- If you cancel your purchase of Tyre Guarantee within the 14 days of purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you within 14 days of the day on which we receive your submitted cancellation form. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for your initial purchase of Tyre Guarantee, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- If you requested to begin the performance of any Tyre Guarantee services during the cancellation period and you then opt to cancel your purchase of Tyre Guarantee within the 14 days of purchase, you shall pay us for any services performed up until you communicated to us your cancellation.
- Tyre Guarantee covers two (2) puncture repairs (i.e., two separate £20 contributions) and one (1) discount replacement per tyre covered by the guarantee, during the period of 12 months from the date of fitting.
