Unfortunately there was a mix up with one of the tyres being fitted to the wrong wheel. However I noticed this straight away on collection of the vehicle and was speedily rectified by the lads doing the fitting who were extremely apologetic and to be honest a little embarrassed as the diagram Id left with the garage was quite clear on what axles the tyres had to be fitted to. So Ive knocked a star of for the mix up but still everything was good in the end.

Fitted tyres well but said that rear wheels/tyres dont need balancing!!!! Ive always had all four wheels/tyres balanced before at other tyre fitting places, so this was a new experience. However I paid Blackcircle for balancing three wheels/tyres and only had one done so I should get a refund.

Not plush but doesn't need to be. Quick work, courteous, showed me directly a sidewall problem found which I had thought was just a puncture (that I asked to have check as an add-on to the fitting). Would maybe have taken half a star for the supposed coffee machine not being visible but I expect they could have made us one if needed...
