Tyre fitter was excellent (young dark haired gent). Very welcoming and explained clearly what the time and fitting would be. Car was ready ahead of schedule and I was shown the relevant tyre pressures for my car. He was very patient with my queries and my car drives perfectly. Great service. First class. Garage went above and beyond to get the tyres fitted over two trips. Despite ordering the correct tyres, due to the way they had been stored, they were difficult to fit for the the tyre fitter. The garage did everything they could and on the first trip, had to cancel work. Nothing but good things to say about the garage did.

Easy to find,gave receptionist my details, advised my tyre had been delivered, was first in queue. Team member began work right away, requested lock nut and checked for air suspension. Completed tyre change and reminded me I booked 4 wheel track which again was completed and car taken short test drive. Car handed back with lock nut. Took it for short drive to reset Tom's all OK no extras costs requested by garage, very happy with service.

Car was dropped off at 8.45 to get 4 tyres replaced they phoned me at 12 o clock to say the front tyre has a nail close to side wall said i would need a new tyre i said it was in for 4 new tyres and wheel tracking went to garage at 3.30 was told they still to do the tracking they have had the car for 6 and a half hours said i was not happy they said to me to get refund from black circle definitely not a good service

No awards for fast fitting for two tyres.. Arrived at 9am and left at 10:30. Worst than that the trye pressures in each tyre were set way too high at 45 & 51 psi when they it should have been around 33psi. So wont be using again.

Although Ive used the garage before without any issues, this time round the 3 mechanics were struggling to take my tyre off the alloy wheel and then put the replacements on . I asked them what the issue was and it was supposedly the RFT were harder to work with as they are less flexible . Eventually a 4th tyre fitter had to show them how its done .

Really stressful experience trying to gain access to the garage. Even worse getting back out had to reverse all the way back up the road and onto the main road as you could not turn the car.

I have given one star as I was not able in the review to give no stars. I will never use this garage again. Arrived at 9am for my appointment and the person fitting the tyres was not there. They called him and I had to ask him to come to the garage. I waited over an hour before he eventually turned up and fitted the tyre. Terrible service . I would not recommend this garage.

Had to wait two hours to find out they hadnt done the wheel realignment that had been paid for. Had to take car back the next day which was a real inconvenience. Phoned twice beforehand to check it was ok to arrive at 4pm for 4 new tyres and a wheel realignment and was told yes.

I dropped the car off first thing in the morning. The lads at Dalmarnock MOT centre told me they preferred the car coming in first thing so that they could get it back to me ASAP. I got a call later that day to let me know the car was ready to be collected and walked down during my lunch break. As well as fitting the two new tyres, they'd balanced both wheels. Would recommend.
