The garage was fantastic.made an appointment at the garage turned up but the tyres were not delivered at the garage.The garage closes at 5pm .Blackcircles tried to deliver at 5.09pm late .The garage staff were excellent very helpful.blackcircles made an appointment for the (next day)at the garage got them fitted eventually .one day late . Not happy Blackcircles .Very inconvenient.

No awards for fast fitting for two tyres.. Arrived at 9am and left at 10:30. Worst than that the trye pressures in each tyre were set way too high at 45 & 51 psi when they it should have been around 33psi. So wont be using again.

Had to wait two hours to find out they hadnt done the wheel realignment that had been paid for. Had to take car back the next day which was a real inconvenience. Phoned twice beforehand to check it was ok to arrive at 4pm for 4 new tyres and a wheel realignment and was told yes.

I dropped the car off first thing in the morning. The lads at Dalmarnock MOT centre told me they preferred the car coming in first thing so that they could get it back to me ASAP. I got a call later that day to let me know the car was ready to be collected and walked down during my lunch break. As well as fitting the two new tyres, they'd balanced both wheels. Would recommend.

The garage is tight, and busy, they specialise in Wheels and tyres. Extremely busy staff. If you have TPM in your tyres you may be charged for this as an extra, as it is a different tyre stem. Friendly enough. The only issue was BC not delivering one of my 2 tyres and a lot of calls to them, 4 days later got the other tyre. This was not the garages fault. As they did not charge me for the 2nd TPM fitting, I tipped the guy who fitted my tyre. At present I don't think they have had many BC fittings to date.
