Rude. Did not undertake any extras included in tyre fitting, tracking machine was not working and made the comment "you're not our customer, you're blackcircles customer". Very unhelpful and obnoxious. Had to attend another garage to have tracking checked at further cost. Miserable manager with zero customer care unless you're paying them directly!
