Grabber AT3 Tyre Reviews

Very good in snow and mud-also little noise as a road tyre. Good Chunky tread and hard wearing.

I have had these tyres fitted on various vehicles over the years, Land Rover Defender Td5, Toyota Rav 4 and now my AWD Mk7 Transit, every time I've been impressed with their performance, especially in the snow and mud. A great all-rounder at a great price.

The tyres are performing as I expected.

Performed well in Pyrenees on mountain trail. Not great on patches of snow, perhaps the pressure would need to be reduced.

I replaced the BF Goodrich A/Ts that came with my Ranger Raptor with the General Grabber AT3s. Immediately felt more car like and less like a boat. The Grabbers perform on road better in the wet by some margin, fuel economy had genuinely improved giving me roughly another 50 miles per tank AND they are silent on motorway journeys, etc. The trade off is they aren’t as good at floating over bumps as the BFs were, but only marginally worse. Off Road wise I’ve been on a few club 4x4 days and regularly take the truck off road for work. Never struggled and they performed really well in the snow from a recent trip up Cairngorm. I haven’t found a better all round tyre than this and believe me they get put through their paces.

These are great in all conditions. I have no doubts on their performance, so much so that I just get in drive and don’t think about them.

Very well, road noise is minimal contrary to what people might think. Not much affect to fuel consumption or ride quality. Great in the mud.

no problems at all, the car's propshaft is off the car at the moment and the tyres still perform well in wet muddy fields on the farm.

Good performance offroad and in wintry conditions

These tyre are performing brilliant in muddy/snowy conditions,I love these tyres as they give me the confidence to go into the horses field and not get stuck as I did with road tyres on. They perform so well I will be replacing with general grabbers all round. There is not a noticeable increase in fuel consumption nor road noise. Worth every penny.
