If you would like to change the tyres on your order, we are more than happy to help.
If tyres have already been delivered to you or the garage, some collection charges may apply when returning the tyres.
Please note that we can only accept tyres back which have not been fitted or driven on. Due to the fact they are no longer suitable for resale if used.
How can I change my garage appointment?
If you would like to change your fitting appointment, please send us an email with the following details:
• Full name
• Order reference number
• Contact phone number
• Car details
• Original booking appointment details
• Details of your new preferred fitting time and date
To ensure the right team receives your request, please send it to [email protected]
We will then liaise with the garage to try and accommodate your new requirements.
If the tyres have already been dispatched to the garage for your fitting we may be unable to accommodate a change of fitter in some circumstances, without additional charges for collection of the initial delivery.
Please note: as we show online our earliest fitting date we are often unable to bring appointments forward - unless the tyres have been confirmed as delivered to the garage.
How can I change the delivery address on my mail order?
If you would like to change the delivery address on your mail order purchase then please send us an email with the following details:
• Full name
• Order reference number
• Contact phone number
• Car details
• Original delivery address
• Details of the new delivery address

We will attempt to accommodate all change requests, but in some instances - depending on when we are notified and the required changes - deliveries may encounter a delay.
