Manager came in and told me Valves were pressure monitoring type and they would be 39.00 He also said i need wheel alignment so the total was 139.00. I told him to fit the valves but leave the alignment. Invoice for valves? 78.00 plus V.A.T. = 93.60. Valves should be included in the cost of the tyres.

Took the car home after collection and a couple hours later. The new tyre was flat. Pumped it back up to find the valve core was leaking badly. So went to halfords and had to buy a core tool and new cores to finish the job they're paid to do. A simple fix that should have been caught by the garage when they inflated it but it wasn't. Lucky this time but had the potential to cause further damage had it not been spotted before setting off. Couple pound fix and lesson learned where not to go in future

the fitting was fine but when I turned up the staff member I spoke to was quite rude . The garage cancelled my original appointment (which i took a day off my work for ) , it was then re-arranged through black circles for a 1 pm fitting but when I turned up I was told to come back at 3pm. Dropped off wheels with garage and when collected following day the sealing area of both tyres/alloys covered in white gunk. When got home and cleaned wheels found rim of one alloy scraped in places. Had washed alloys before handing in and didnt have that damage beforehand. Have attached pic of wheels in Persley Garage (beside other customer vehicle) waiting for my collection and a couple of pics of damage. Hopefully can see detail when expanded. My car is old but it is well looked after
