Faultless. Dropped my car off at the time stipulated, told by the very pleasant girl on reception that they allow one hour slots, I received a text 54 minutes later advising the car was ready. Car was ready for collection when I arrived 10 minutes later.

Great service. Lady in the reception desk was very nice and friendly. Clear time slot and completed on time, unlike the other garages with endless waiting time. I like they did not try to push other products unlike other garages. All as it should be. I will come back

This is the second appointment I had, which has now been cancelled. The 1st one they didn't show up after waiting in all day. Very poor customer service from ATS. Avoid at all costs.
