Excellent! They were expecting me, they were ready for me, they replaced the tyres, they balanced the wheels, they were careful with the Tyre Pressure sensor valves, they set the pressure on all 4 tyres (not just the 2 they fitted) they were polite & helpful, the car was ready when they said. Don't see how any of that could be improved :-) Oh and there are cafes & shops handy to kill time nearby!

Just had 2 Michelin crosssclimate suv tyrers fitted to my Honda crv so far i have had no problems in the dry or rain and they given me more grip so only time will tell when the snow comes

This is the second appointment I had, which has now been cancelled. The 1st one they didn't show up after waiting in all day. Very poor customer service from ATS. Avoid at all costs.
