Turned up for two rear tyres to be fitted. Reception staff were courteous and got straight on with the job. However, i noticed that the tyre fitter used a nut gun to replace the wheel bolts and didn't use a torque wrench. Being a little concerned. i got home and checked both sides. one wheel bolt was so over tightened that i had to use a swing bar and pipe to loosen it. two other bolts were not tight at all. I retightened all bolts to 110 n/m, which is what the tyre fitter should have done.

Received amazing service from these guys. Had four tyres fitted, balanced, front and rear tracking adjusted in less than an hour. Manager Meetesh is a true gentleman. I'm slightly disabled and he couldn't do enough to help me. Even made us a good coffee which is unusual for these type of places Many thanks.

Excellent service. The chap that came out to us fitted the tyres quickly, explained what he'd done and pressured them to the correct level, and even made me aware that the paint job on my brake calipers hadn't been done correctly by the previous owner, causing red dust on the rims and informed us on how to fix it. Excellent service. Was a breeze - Will be using again and recommending to friends & family.

Whilst I accept that the fitter was unwell on my designated day, and so the appointment was moved to the following day. I was told that that appointment would be a morning appointment. It wasn't, it was 16.55pm. Happy with the service once it happened, but having tried to ring ATS myself to ascertain what was going on, found them to not be very helpful.
