Really easy and simple process. Ordered tires to the required size of my car based on putting my reg in (I had checked the details from the manual but didnt need to). Paid online, booked garage all through black circle and super smooth transaction in the garage today; dropped keys and got a call to pick up a short time later. Went to the shop and garden centre whilst I waited. Really pleased with the overall process, thanks!

Attended to the garage for my appointment to get the tyres changed. They have changed the two front tyres and fitted them back in a way that you cant access the tyre valves to inflate the tyres. So I had to go to the local tyre station to get the tyres removed and fix them in the correct way. It cost me only 5 to get this done but it caused a lot of hassle to get to the tyre station and wait again to correct somebodys silly mistake. I would not recommend this garage at all and clueless people work there.

Good guys, friendly, garage was very modern and clean, nice waiting area and they carried out the work infront of you, nothing was hidden and they took good care of my vehicle. I was also offered a coffee by the man behind the desk which was nice. Would recommend A+++, honestly the place surprised me considering I'm always worried trying out a new garage.

Booked a delivery slot 8-30 - 12-30, taking time off work. No communication telling of any delay and had to go out at 12.40...Needless to say 5 minutes later the fitter arrives so I end up returning home. No apology and after fitting both tyress dust caps had just been placed on. Appreciate a refund of the time slot charge at the very least.
