Tyres fitted but the Tyre Pressure monitoring system no longer works. The car is 3 years and 2 days and wont pass the MOT. Having to pay to have it fixed at Main dealer

Had 2 tyres fitted, was called to say alignment needed doing, was going to cost an extra 93, i naively agreed. When i arrived to collect the car there was no proof the alignment had been done. They couldnt/wouldnt provide a geometry data sheet or any other form of proof. I questioned this and was basically told tough,just pay for it. Would not reccomend.

I had to wait three hours for the tyres to be fitted after I had arrived on time for my 1pm appointment. I told the garage to issue time slots so that people know what time to arrive if they are busy but they said this was not possible due to other bookings. I think the truth is that they prioritise other bookings over Black circle bookings which is not acceptable. This is the 2nd time it has happened at this garage with a Black circle booking and I wont be using them again.
