Excellent web-based service Ordered the tyres - booked the fitting slot that suited my week schedule Post code was spot on for the fitting location, although the site was not what I had envisaged That said it was a very stright forward process - replacement tyre fitted whilst I got a coffee from the adjacent petrol station forecourt and on my way with a reminder to come back if there were any issues - none so far. Did get 5 off booking this site - win-win on that score

Overall good experience at the garage, only losing a star because my intial appointment was changed from the original booked date and i never knew about it until i called Blackcircles. At the appointment was asked to leave my car and someone would be in contact within a couple of hours, sure enough the call came within that time and I picked up my car with the new tyres fitted.
