The 1 Series is considered one of BMW's most popular and best-selling models, which is available in several trims - these include the 118i, 120i, M135i, and the M140i. The standard trims (118i, 120i, etc.) are base trims that the 1 Series offers, whereas the M models (M135i, M140i, etc.) are seen to be high-performance cars, as the "M" stands for "Motorsport".
