I did my internet search for two tyres. By far the cheapest was black circles. So much so that I had to double check I was not looking at the price of 1 tyre fully fitted but the price for 2 tyres fully fitted. So on price I dont think black circles can be beat. I opted for the home fitting. John arrived on time and did the necessary. Very professional and efficient. Very happy with the end result. I have no reservations recommending black circles for tyres.

Bought tyres via Black Circles and had them fitted at this garage. I booked the fitting for 9am. Upon arrival the person I spoke with was very polite and told me that I would receive a call once the work was completed. Within half an hour I received that call. Job done no issues. I was delighted that the job was completed so quickly.

The manager and assistant were very courteous, and I was impressed that care was taken to clean the spare wheel before placing it in the car. Also impressed with the attention to torque on wheel nuts, something with which I have had issues using other fitters.

I hate leaving a negative review but I wasn't happy with the service provided. Handed the car in just before 9am, told to come back about 12. Turned up at 12.49 to be told there was a problem with some machinery. I was told they would call me but I eventually had to call them about 4.40 and was told the car would be ready for pickup about 5.30. A whole day wasted.

Did a mediocre Job changing tyres, no attempt to clean up the mess. Also got my dashcam footage back of them excessively revving my car and making comments of it, also scraping the bottom of my car on entrance. Would not recommend and for sure wont be going back.

Initial meeting I dealt like I was a surprise. No paperwork asked for or done before commencing the job, this was done by someone else after the first tyre was done and he wasnt even doing the job. Mechanic not paying full attention to the job. Mechanic doing other things other than the tyres whilst I was waiting, more interested on working on their own van than doing my tyres. Job could have been done in half the time without faffing about doing other things. Little to no interaction. Pretty poor service all round if Im being honest.
