Initial meeting I dealt like I was a surprise. No paperwork asked for or done before commencing the job, this was done by someone else after the first tyre was done and he wasnt even doing the job. Mechanic not paying full attention to the job. Mechanic doing other things other than the tyres whilst I was waiting, more interested on working on their own van than doing my tyres. Job could have been done in half the time without faffing about doing other things. Little to no interaction. Pretty poor service all round if Im being honest.
