Greeted me politely and well and started work on changing 4 tyres immediately. I waited in the comfortable enough waiting area watching my tablet with earbuds on. Hit a snag and came to speak to me about it, explained the problem and came to an agreement quickly. When finished about 45 mins later, turned out they had been mostly able to solve the problem.

Did the job eventually, but the fitter disappeared and I had to hang around with no explanation before he reappeared and dealt with me; the car wasn't ready when he said it would be, because, he said, the air pump hadn't been recharged; and he said he'd phone me when it was ready, but he didn't. It's a small place, and parking was very restricted.

Efficient workload management. Great service today. Even with the bays at capacity, work on my car began almost immediately because they use their mobile fitters on-site. The management is very sharpthey reassigned one of my fitter's other jobs to someone else just to make sure my fitting stayed on schedule. Its a busy site with lots of mobile units moving around, but that results in a quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Excellent service as always from VS Motors. The tyre from Blackcircles arrived a day before my appointment had been booked for. They called me to let me know and offered the option to have it fitted earlier, or to wait until the scheduled date. I went with the earlier option, turned up on time, and the tyre was fitted and balanced immediately. Great service.

Picked this garage as it was closest with fitting availability as I was on a set timeframe. Was a little hard to find as it is located behind newly built houses but no sign from the road, anyway, the guys were very pleasant, They were quite busy, it took a few hours from drop off for the car to be ready, the fitting was all fine after that.

Poor job from the garage. They left the alloy wheels filthy and one alloy scratched. That's probably why they didn't clean the alloy wheels,to hide the scratches Please see picture attached of the scratches after the alloy was cleaned.
