Took 2 hours 30 mins for the tyre change and wheel alignment. I will not be using formula 1 again. Blackcircles you really should review this garage. I had good service from you, but you have been let down by poor sub contractors. I wasn't the only customer to have bad experience this Saturday. We were all talking about it.

Arrived minutes within the 11:45 appointment on a Saturday morning. Really good service, I have had tyres fitted before but this garage is knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out issues with the wheel itself. Very friendly, would use again despite awful traffic on Garratt Lane due to roadworks, and would rate it much higher than my on Merton Road.

Had four tyres fitted and was told that the tracking needed to be done. I asked how he knew and was told that he had tested the tracking with his laser machine. I told him that I was next to him and that he did not test the tracking to which he replied that the tracking was actually ok. After one day the front two tyres started to lose air and the rear tyres had far too much air pressure. Clearly correct air pressures are not important as far as they are concerned.
