The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 is a high performance car tyre, developed to deliver a smooth, exacting performance with superior braking in wet conditions.

Goodyear have constructed the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 with a highly refined silica compound - this enhances the grip of the tyre, resulting in short braking distance on both wet and dry roads.

The tyre's asymmetric tread pattern, coupled with the stiff carcass results in responsive, sporty handling - particularly on dry road surfaces.

Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 tyres are available in 17 inch, 18 inch, 19 inch, 20 inch, 21 inch and 22 inch rim tyre sizes.

Goodyear stopped making the 275 35 20 in non run flat so I had to go for 265 40 20 as an alternative, the higher profile means these are a lot ‘chunkier’ so now suffer rubbing on full lock, they also feel more unstable when cornering compared to the 35 profile model, can’t wait to get rid of them but unfortunately with the miles I do that will be around 3 years! If I could return I would.
