Michelin have created the CrossClimate 2 SUV to provide motorists with a safe drive no matter the weather.

With a directional tread pattern, the CrossClimate 2 SUV quickly gets rid of water from the tyre providing exceptional grip in wet conditions. The tread pattern features 3-D sipeLock technology to enhance treadwear resistance and a distinctive V-formation pattern to spread out weight evenly throughout, extend the treadlife of the tyre as well as improving grip – in dry weathers all the way to the snowiest of days.

Michelin have designed this tyre with safety at the forefront with the Cross Climate 2 SUV.

Grip and performance excellent. One tyre unable to be repaired after a puncture as the pach repair failed due to the puncture tracking within the tyre case structure. This was a puncture in the centre of the tread and I was told by the repairer this is a common problem with current Michelin tyres. Something I will have to consider when I need a new set of tyres.

The tyres have made little to no difference in terms of noise; i.e. very quiet. They have impacted my car's efficiency which I estimate has dropped by between 0.3 and 0.5 miles per Kw hr.
