Michelin have designed the Pilot Super Sport Acoustic with a unique dual compound technology that utilises the characteristics of different rubber compounds between the inner and outer sections of the tread.

The outside of the tyre features a carbon black reinforced compound derived from Michelin's experiences at Le Mans 24, whilst the inside of the tyre uses a compound combination of the latest generation in elastomers to deliver exceptional wet grip.

The Michelin Pilot Super Sport Acoustic has been designed to provide motorists with high performance and safety in even the most demanding conditions. The tyre delivers exceptionally well in dry weather, with responsive handling and strong levels of traction.

This tyre features innovative Michelin technology to reduce noise produced when driving. To achieve this, Michelin have applied polyurethane foam to the inner surface of the tyre, absorbing vibration and noise generated.
