The Uniroyal RainSport 5 is a high performing asymmetric tyre. It delivers exceptional control and handling at high speeds in the wettest conditions.

A strong outer shoulder with rigid tread blocks offers superb steering control and high curve stability, making this tyre a real pleasure for sporty driving.

Uniroyal have designed the RainSport 5 delivers on both noise and cost.

RainSport 5 tyres are available in 15 inch, 16 inch, 17 inch, 18 inch, 19 inch, 20 inch, and 21 inch rim tyre sizes.

Quality Wet Grip Performance

The RainSport 5 boasts the latest wet tyre technology with wide ‘Shark Skin’ grooves cutting through the tread blocks, quickly clearing water from the tyre - guarding against aquaplaning.

Meanwhile, pioneering ‘Aqua-Twist’ sipes enhance water dispersion further, giving this tyre exceptional grip on dangerously slippery roads.

I feel that they perform well in all weather conditions. I don't notice any difference in the levels of grip that they have in the wet or in the dry. Being 'Rainsport' you would expect them to perform well in the wet and being a rather soft tyre, they do stick well to the road in the dry too. I like them due to being a decent brand tyre with great grip at a reasonable price which is why I purchased them on this occasion.
