Fitting was good, getting the fitter here was a nightmare. They had a technical issue so I ended up waiting around all day for nothing. A phone call later and arranged for the next morning first thing. First thing came and went. 13:40 they arrived after several more phone calls. But the fitter was quick.

Well I was supposed to have my tyres changed today. Confirmation arrived this morning. No one turned up and no message to let me know. I waited in all day so am not best pleased. I spoke to Alison in Scotland on behalf of BC who was very helpful and will ring BC Monday morning to check when I am to expect fitter. Very disappointed.

Work completed in a timely manner, very pleasant and polite fitter who attended and tyres fitted well. Only 4 stars though as the booking was between 08:30 and 12:30 but the fitter did not turn up until 12:45.
