Once again another poor experience via Blackcircles and Formula One Autocentres in Bolton, Manchester Road. This is the second time I have arrived to find that this time they have my tyres but their device is condemned. No contact no nothing beforehand. Dont waste your time with this woeful set up.

Never have I had so much mess left on new tyres and also the tyre pressure was not done correctly also blackcircle delivered the wrong tyres and I had to wait another day to get them fitted

Turned up on date and time given. Tyres not available. Was promised on the next appointment I would be 1st seen and tyres fitted by 2 guys so would be out quick. Arrived at garage at 8.30am and left at 11.40am. Over 3hrs.

Tyres were changed within the morning slot, there was a bit of a lack of info between Black Circles and the garage, and I couldnt nail them down to a particular time but they did the job and got me back on the road.

Quick service but on the way home the TPMS warned that the pressures were 5 psi too low. I had to correct them to the manufacturer recommended levels when I got home. They should have checked these levels from the sticker on the B pillar.
