The garage were two hours late. They thought that the tyre fitting was at their garage and not at my house. The guy that fitted the tyres was great, but the overall experience was not good.

The job was done, however the fitter was over anhour late. There was not communication - I rang Blackcircles and they were helpful, saying the fitter was late. I only got a call 10 minutes before he arrived. As we had something planned, this was not good.

Extremely impressed! Bruce arrived on time and was ever so friendly. We had booked to have a tire replaced and he noticed the valve was also a bit dodgy. It was my partners car who is away and I couldnt confirm with him if he wanted them to also change the valve so I decided to agree to just the tire as booked. Bruce then told me he changed the valve regardless complimentary as he felt this was the safest option and wanted to do the job properly. Very impressed! And will definitely use the garage again, thank you ever so much.
