Car booked in at 10am, not even brought in to the garage until 10.30 then nearly an hour to fit two tyres.very slow service and not very helpful desk staff. The garage has been taken over by protyre and this seems to be at its detriment.

Had a slot booked for two tyres bought on black circles where I also wanted rear to front swapping so had new tyres on front and the garage firstly said they may be extra charge due to tyre monitoring system of car but this wasnt necessary in the end so no charge which was very welcome. Tyres look great with wheels changed as requested. Garage was a bit short staffed on day so a bit of a wait although overall great service!
