This would have been 5, as friendly, helpful, even recommended a nearby cafe etc, but while looking for locking wheel nut they snapped both sides of my cargo netting and just jammed one side under the boot floor to hide the fact and didn't say anything. Mistakea happen but even an apology would have gone a long way. Won't be choosing this center again.

Unfriendly staff. However, they carried out the work efficiently, although with a slight sense of resentment about having to do it. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and they made me feel like this had inconvenienced them. For me it was a busy Saturday afternoon and I was trying to get a lot of things done, as I was working on Sunday.

Really pleased that I was able to chose CO Care Repairs on blackcircles as its my local garage. As always, the service was excellent. I was able to drop my car off early as it was more convenient for me. Was phoned when it was ready and was able to pick up at my convenience. Work was great and they even checked for an oil leak as I was worried I had one.
