I arrived early and was promptly seen to .staff were friendly and polite and knowledgeable .work was carried out in a reasonable time and they advised me to return after 30 miles to recheck the wheel nuts .

Ignored at reception whilst the mechanic walked off with my keys and was stood vapeing outside. Was told to go and find him myself. Then didn't ask which tyres I wanted replacing. Icing on the cake was that they fitted the wrong tyres completely. Ordered and paid for 100 Michelin tyres and 55 naff tyres were fitted. Had to then go away for a further half hour whilst the issue was rectified. Wouldn't use again or recommend to anyone.

Manager was very friendly and efficient. They thankfully were able to move my appointment as I couldn't make the morning appointment due to snow and a steep hill out my village. They got all four tyres replaced in record time and even wrapped two old wheels (I wanted swapped out with newer ones) in plastic to protect my interior. It was the first time using this garage and I will definitely be using them again for my next change of tyres.
