Despite an AM slot being booked and dropping my car off at 9AM - my car wasnt ready until around 13:30PM and even then I only found out as I ventured back to see if it was ready and it was, yet i hadnt been contacted by the garage to notify me that this was the case. The communication was poor and so was customer service as I didnt even receive an apology or explanation as to why this was the case meaning that I was late for work commitments. I wont be using black circles or this garage again.

Very good service from this garage, started the job at 13-00 as arranged. Member of staff made me a cup of tea while I was waiting, and had a chat very friendly. I would consider using this garage my self but for the fact I live at the other side of Hull, but thanks for a good job.

Poor service, wife took the car and when arriving was told that the locking nut for wheels was required and tyres could not be fitted without it, fitter did not check the wheels at any point so fitting service could not be provided. Had to call the garage and tell them that the wheels did not have locking nuts, had to take the car back and was made to wait 90 minutes for fitting
