Great tyre fitter. Polite and efficient but I do think the window of 8-30am to 5-30pm was too wide. I had to phone to get a more accurate time. One person said 9am but didnt arrive. Eventually came at 2-15pm after another phone call. Couldnt complain about the fitter.

communication about when fitter was due to arrive was non existent- the fitter phoned me when he was outside the house- however once he had arrived his service was excellent- took car on what he was doing told me how long it would be and upheld the time he said.

The mobile tyre fitting service was booked on Wednesday for Friday to replace 4 x tyres. On the Friday i received a call to say that they didnt have enough drivers so couldnt fit my tyres until Monday! This was a long time to wait and be without a car which I use for work travel. I expressed how this was not good enough but they said they couldnt do anything else. They didnt even offer any discount for the inconvenience. That said, The fitter that came on Monday was very pleasant.

The balancing was very badly done on both wheels. I have been experiencing very strong vibrations over 60mph. Had to take the car to a reputable tire shop, where they sorted this out. I had 60-40 on one wheel and 60-15 on the other wheel. They did it right at the new tire shop and now the car runs smooth as before. Never again

Tyres were booked to be fitted between 12.30 - 16.30, no sign of driver. I called the garage call centre to be informed they fit up to 17.30 and the driver had just picked up the tyres and shouldn't be too long. The driver didn't turn up. I have called the call centre again this morning to be informed they need to see if they can get the tyres, no call back so farterrible customer service.
