Dial-a-tyre mobile fitter knew my work and was right next to my car after calking me up on arrival. I asked for a pricing and thinking Black Circle would be very competitive in price, as it turned out, I could have got the tyres 10 cheaper each direct, plus saved on not having to pay a call-out charge. Going direct there is no call-out charge. I will reconsider going direct next time.

The garage is on a busy and congested industrial estate with little or nowhere to park.. The garage team were friendly but disorganised and communication was poor in that I had to keep asking about progress. It took 1hr 55 minutes to change two tyres which was disappointing.

I attended with a space saver spare in use and a punctured tyre in the boot. 4 tyres were fitted and the space saver was placed in the boot, whereas real good service would have been to have placed the space saver in the under car cradle. Instead it was left to this 70 year old to struggle to replace it into its correct position.
