Fitted straight away on arrival at the garage. Really good service. John, who fitted the tyre couldn't have been more helpful. He even reset the tyre pressure monitor on the car. Would definitely recommend.

Appeared fast and efficient. Realised once left that the wheels hadnt been balanced. Had to take elsewhere and pay for the wheels balancing, not impressed at the extra cost and inconvenience. This had to be done as I am driving through Europe in the car next week, so needs to be 100%. (Pics attached).

I was left stood at the door and ingnored for 5-10 Minuit on arrival. The young lad then jacked both front wheels without loosening the nuts so I had to get in the van and apply the break for him to do loosen the nuts off. Then once the front was done he jacked both rear wheels off the floor without the van even being in gear. Not very confidence inspiring.

I called the garage after not getting confirmation through from black circles on a time for fitting and various phonecalls where they werent sure if they had the tyres, then they had found them, then thought they had given to a different customer but then found them again. Sent my husband to have them done following morning at the garage and when he gets there they say again they couldnt find the tyres!! Very unprofessional

Had my two front tyres changed, however when I left the garage and drove onto the highway the steering wheel started to shake - tyres where never balanced, will not be returning as per my understanding that is included when tyres are changed and this was never actioned.
