This was the first time I used STS Tyre Pros in Alton. I was able to drop off my car for them to replace the tyres as per my preferences. They did not call me after the work was finished because they were so very busy. I am not sure how soon I could have returned. Thank you!

Only 1 person at the garage all on his own having to do everything. Dropped car off at 9AM and was told it would be done by 11. Got back to the garage at 11 and had only taken 1 wheel off and not changed the tyre on it. Not his fault and was apologetic but management for understaffing the garage. Seems unsafe and a H&S issue having someone working completely on their own.

Tyres were fitted for us... eventually. We were booked in for 11.45 and waited well over an hour for them to be fitted. Wouldn't have minded as much if we hadn't had an exact appointment time but we did.
