All I had to do was drop my car off at 9 oclock, with my car keys, and I was told my car would be ready within an hour, which it was. at 10 oclock I was contacted by the garage, to say my car was ready. Excellent service! Would recommend to anybody.

Have never had a problem with the fitting. Onlt gripe is that you cannot wait or get a timed fitting slot. Dissapointing that although the tracking needed no adjustment was charged for the checking of the settings.

Efficiently replaced tyre and aligned tracking. Helpful staff. Only problem was Black Circle had failed to deliver tyre for original booking - not the fault of Alpha & Yapps. Black Circle did rearrange tyre delivery & rebook fitting
