This customer had 4 x Toyo Open Country A/T III tyres fitted here
They couldnt accommodate my allocated time slot. Customer service was very rude. They said as long as they can get it in before midday it doesnt matter even though I booked a specific timeslot. Gentleman on the front desk was very rude with no apology at all. Would definitely never go there again.

Arrived at 8:50 for what I thought was 9.00 appointment only to be told that my fiting slot was actually 9:55! So, going foward, a more precise appointment time notified in advance would be helpful. Having said that, they did swap a couple of wheels around for me as well as fitting a single new tyre with no fuss at all which was very much appreciated.

At the time of this review i haven't yet had the tires fitted however; the time slot isn't accurate on the website. I selected 10:00am called them to confirm the booking and was told the 10:00am appointment isn't available so I've had to go with 12:00. Nothing negative to say, just the booking system needs to be updated more regularly.

The garage contacted me on the morning of the appointment to change the time which I did, but when my wife went to the appointment she was told they would not be able to complete the fitting for a couple hours. I was not notified the tyres were fitted by the garage which you would expect from a reputable place of business. I would definitely not recommend your organisation suggest this business as it doesnt shed a positive light to the service you provide. The customer service and customer waiting area also needs an overhaul.

1st attempt at getting tyres fitted at appointment time and was told I would have to wait 3 hours. I wasn't waiting 3 hrs for a 15 min job. Asked them to cancel it. Got sent an email from bc and asked if I would rebook so I did for a few days later late pm,and this visit was a lot better, A very small wait all done within 30 mins.

Arrived slightly early they were very polite and got on with the job straight away, waiting area was clean and TV to watch. The tyres appear to be fitted well all caps put back on and locking nut put back in boot.
