Work was completed successfully, but attitude before and after the work was dreadful. Seems when you mention the product will be from Black Circles rather than them sourcing, the attitude to the customer completely changes, to the point of rudeness. If you want a good job, use the garage, but dont expect any pleasantries if the tyres are from here.

James at Pickering Tyres in Recreation Road did a great job fitting my new Michelin Cross Climate tyres. The garage appears very well equipped and he was good to deal with. His business is going to be my "go to" place for tyres from now on. I found out he is also an MOT Testing station - so I will use him for that as well in future to save me travelling further out, now I know he provides that service.
