Very helpful and prompt service. The only reason I am giving this 4star, not five is that the additional guarantee purchased on the tyre isn't clear. Is this provided by black circles or STS? I e. Should I have a problem and need to claim on the guarantee do I go back to STS or via black circles? The only proof I have of the additional guarantee is my initial purchase confirmation, nothing from STS in their comprehensive checks/paperwork.
