My appointment got changed at the last minute , which I can understand however to change days is one thing. I was Informed when I went there at the allocated time , this was not the garage doing . They can't see me for a further 50mins . This is websites fault. Thus timing is a thing here. Someone has to take responsibility over timings and how quick things are done . Other than that got what I required

A shorter time slot to fit tyres would have been more suitable. It was a bit disruptive to my day and unexpected taxi journeys needed as was told by black circles it would be a 2 hour time slot.
