Arrived on the appointed day only to discover that the garage was too busy and had bumped my appointment to the following day without informing me. They did a good job of fitting the new tyres though.

Formula one did not have my booking for Wednesday and I had to go back Thursday. They then "found" another "fault" which cost me just over 200 to fix and for "safety" reasons it had to be done before the car left Formula 1. I returned Friday morning when repair not finished and a delay of nearly an hour before I could take the car.

I use this garage regularly and have done for a while. The staff are excellent with customer care and knowledge. Nothing is a problem. My tyres were fitted and also had new pads and tracking done.

Had my tyres fitted two weeks ago at F1 Felixstowe, unbelievably they let me leave with the locking nut missing and without telling me! Just had the MOT done at a different garage where they have informed me of this .
