So tyres were due to be fitted on Thursday but turned up unannounced on Tuesday, luckily I was at home. Otherwise great job. I expected a call in advance to let me know what time they would be arriving, so a lack of communication in my opinion.

Garage cancelled twice over two days, waited all afternoon each time only to get told later in the afternoon that the booking has been cancelled, re-booked for the next day, and exactly the same thing happened. Shockingly poor service and completely unacceptable,
