The guys started working on fitting my 2 new front tyres immediately when I arrived at the time I had booked online, they had the tyre manufacturer and model I had requested and they also checked tread and pressures on the back tyres all done within 45 minutes.

Excellent customer service. The tyres are great. Unfortunately they could not carry out the wheel alignment due to an issue with the track rod. Staff were brilliant in explaining to me what the issue is and gave me advice on how to get it rectified. I would use ATS again, definitely.

I chose this garage as I could choose a fitting time rather than just AM or PM. There were four tyres to fit and they estimated one and a half hours for the job. In the event they completed the task in about 45 minutes and phoned me to say car ready. I could have waited in their waiting area if I wished. They also checked the tracking (no charge) which didn't need adjusting, but if it did that is at extra charge. I was given the option whether I wanted this.

Guys who turned up were great, appointment was booked for between half 12 and half 4 but didn't arrive till 6.30pm after waiting I'm all afternoon so was rather annoyed. Would have been 1 star if it wasn't for the fitters.
