Was initially told the garages compressor had broken so the car needed to be kept over night then the next day I was told my tyres were too worn to get off the wheels and I would need to take them somewhere else. After a brief phone call the garage said they would handle it and to my understanding took it to another garage then back to theirs for the alignment. No alignment report was provided even after asking and I was told my steering wheel is now off centre so I would need to take it off and centre it. There was also minor damage to the rim
