Manager came in and told me Valves were pressure monitoring type and they would be 39.00 He also said i need wheel alignment so the total was 139.00. I told him to fit the valves but leave the alignment. Invoice for valves? 78.00 plus V.A.T. = 93.60. Valves should be included in the cost of the tyres.

Too much pressure sales, tyre sensors should be replaced, wheel alignment need done. I just want my tyres fitted! and that took all morning. Not what it used to be Roddy.

I recently had my tyres replaced at Laws Tyres (Bridge of Don) and was very disappointed with the service. I was given a 2-hour window for the appointment, but the work was not completed within that timeframe. I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes beyond the estimated time, which was highly inconvenient.This caused me to miss an important appointment.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but better communication regarding delays would have been appreciated. Overall, I was not satisfied with the level of service provided.

Nice reception then they phoned and wanted me to pay for new valves and tyre alignment and now my tyres are not at the right pressure and the tyre monitoring light is on my dashboard phoned and they said it is because I declined the tyre monitoring valves

My wife was approximately 10 mins late for the slot and was met with an unfriendly response which indicated that the car may not be ready until the end of the day despite there being available bays with only 1 person waiting. In the end the car was ready at 12:00, 1.5 hours after the slot. Slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world.
