This customer had 2 x Michelin CrossClimate 2 SUV tyres fitted here
ETB, who are the same staff as the old, well regarded H&B, were excellent. Left the car with them for pre-booked fitting of two tyres and four-wheel alignment. Back after an hour or so and job all done. Also, the place was really busy, suggesting their reputation precedes them.

On arrival to the garage I was greeted as soon as I got out of the car and they were ready for me. I was directed where to go to wait and they were really good with my little boy who enjoyed watching. I was expecting it to take a while but they were done in about 30 minutes. All available mechanics were working as a team to complete the work. When I asked a question it was answered politely.
