They never turned up after I waited in and told me there was no record of my order until I called a second time saying that black circles said they delivered the tyres three days ago, suddenly they were able to find my order. Absolutely disgusting service.

Received a telephone call from the tyre fitter providing me with an estimated time of arrival. Thid proved to be accurate and was almost bang in the middle of the allocated time slot. The fitter was extremely pleasant and quickly fitted the 2 tyres and replaced the spare tyre to its place underneath the car.

The fitting was great and the technician was very professional BUT he was very late coming and nobody called me to tell me he would be late. I had to call to find out why he didnt come on time. It would have been easy for ATS to have called me. They didnt.

The first fitter put 2 directional tyres on the wrong way and left a threaded lock bolt in the wheel. ATS sent another fitter the next day to swap the tyres round, who threaded another lock bolt and only put 20 PSI in both tyres. Not happy.
