Very slow at over 2.5 hours. Carried out an unnecessary car health check for some reason and handed me the car back with the bonnet unsecured. I cannot think of a reason they had the bonnet open to change tyres.

Good service but definitely not 2h job. More like up to 4h but its fine for me cause I drop off the car and go home but keep it in mind. Free car health check as well.

Given an appointment for 0845. I attended and waited, then waited some more. Waited further. Eventually at 1145 they decided to fit my tyres. Never again. Dreadful service.

Fitting the two tyres took just over two hours. I had a comfortable place to wait and a good book so it soon passed. One of the tyres had a slow leak and I had to return the car the following day to have this resolved. The tyre was taken off reseated and a new valve fitted, though no obvious leak was found. Communications with the garage were good

If your dropping your car off and picking it up at a later time great but unfortunately I chose to wait with no knowledge of when my car would be ready
