The Weather Control A005 Evo is Bridgestone's second-generation all-weather tyre - designed for the many different seasonal conditions we experience on the roads.

Following on from its predecessor - the popular Weather Control A005 - the latest generation of premium tyres has been developed to ensure you are kept moving all year round.

Peace of mind throughout the year

Launching in 2020, the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 Evo is set to deliver an all-year performance - with additional benefits thanks to the latest in tyre design and technology.

Developed with a V-shaped central tread pattern, and Z-shaped sipes, the Weather Control A005 Evo has been constructed with a new and unique tread compound - using NanPro-Tech - to help the tyre deliver snow traction that is up to 3% improved on the original A005.

This tread pattern and compound combo has also resulted in a 3% improvement in braking on snow, as well as a 4% increase in slalom acceleration.

Motorists looking for a strong performing winter performance can be rest assured of the Weather Control A005's winter credentials - as if has been certified with the 3 Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF) marking.

This 3PMSF accolade was introduced to be an easily recognisable symbol which displays that the tyre has passed rigorous tests to prove it is suitable for driving in winter weather. It confirms the winter suitability of a tyre.

The new compound used within the Weather Control A005 Evo, not only helps with the winter performance, however. The flexibility of the silica blend has also been used to help with the fuel efficiency of the tyre.
