The fitting team were great, they apparently contacted Black Circle to change the time of my appointment from 10am to 9am, at 08:17 Black Circle confirmed my 10am slot, unfortunately at 09:10 the garage called to ask where I was. It appears Black Circle never forwarded the new time. I had to go in at. 12:30 as they were fully booked. Not a big issue, however the poor comms from Black Circle let the thing down. Garage were great.

I had an 8 o'clock appointment and they were ready for me,it took about an hour to fit 2 front tyres, not exactly Grand prix speed but all sorted including tracking in about 1hr 15m,very friendly service.
