I was told my car should be done in 2 hours at longest so arrived back after an hour and a half and was told it was nearly done. They then pulled a car in behind mine apparently and could not move my car until they had finished the other car, so I ended up being their for over 3 hours.

I called to check 09:00 was a good time, they said yes & they had the tyre I arrived at 08:54 they saud 45 mins Returned at 09:25 not started Started at 09:30 Did lots of things including taking photoes of all other tyres inc the spare Asked be to sign for the work before I had seen they had fitted the correct tyre Left at 10:00 Blackcircles was 20% cheaper than my normal local garage, where I can arrive on time they start work withing 5min, they just fit the tyres and then I can leave in less than half the time STS took
