Despite not having received a book from yourselves last week, and not having received today's booking from you, they have managed to try and fit us in. Your performance organising this has been dreadful but the garage itself have been very helpful and flexible, despite to actual booking.

Great deal of care taken with the car. Protective cover used for the seat/headrest. One of the two tyres was fitted the wrong way round which meant a return trip to the garage; however the change around was done immediately on my return. I noticed that a torque wrench was used to tighten the wheel nuts: a big + for that.

The garage was perfectly clean, light and airy, with a comfortable waiting atea. Very nice staff too. If the Blackcircles delivery could be accompanied by a note specifying the exact type of tyres it would be helpful, as the marking didn’t seem to be clear enough - in this case the staff weren’t sure that my new tyres were the correct “run flat” ones, but fortunately they were.

Very quick change of 2 tyres on the back. Less expensive than anyone else quoted over the phone. I was 3 hrs late for my booking and they managed to get my tyres done the same day. Free tea, coffee and chocolate in the waiting room. Impressive service.

Excellent service. My new tyres were fitted and balanced. I paid for 4 wheel tracking but I was informed by the garage that the rear wheels on my vehicle are not adjustable, so I would be pleased to see a refund.
