The good point was the fitter moved some of the wheels around to ensure that the new ones were on the same axle. The only negative point was he tried very hard to seek me tyres that I didnt ask for and didnt particularly need. I know they need to make a living and going through Black circle Will cut their profits. However, someone a little less resilient or with less knowledge, may have been convinced to change perfectly good tyres. Overall, they did what I asked, did it well and I am grateful.

Friendly staff, easy to talk to. The job was done within an hour efficiently. My only observation but not a complaint, was that of no directional sign on the roadside to the Garage, especially when you are driving from the A20, Bearsted

Set an appointment time and stuck to it. Warm welcome from the Receptionist and work carried out promptly. All staff were very friendly . Even handed a bottle of water, it was a very hot day.

Happy with the price but was given a bit of a sales pitch that I needed to change the other rear tyre at the same time. This tyre is absolutely fine and does not need to be changed and I think that the pitch was unnecessary

Friendly and fast service, Turned up early and was allowed to leave my car for the tyres to be fitted at the garages convenience. Within 1hr i was called to advise the tyres had been fitted and the car was ready for collection. Slight gripe was the tyres were only inflated to 36 psi rather than the 42 the fronts were inflated too, but not a biggy as can do that myself
