Also had free reassuring brake parts inspection report which is good whilst wheels are off car. Friendly, polite and helpful staff with good view of cars being worked on from waiting room area.

OK, bit of a wait even though had booked an appointment time but not enough to inconvenience. Bonnet was lifted for tyres? so I guess they did other vehicle checks but no one said what was done or asked if I even wanted it. Some sticker left on tyres and a *lot* of lubricant used on rims, needed to clean the wheels when got home.

I arranged to have 4 new tyres delivered and fitted at my house. Unfortunately I havnt had any communication from the garage or company, as to the whereabouts of the tyres. I’ve emailed and called with no response. Terrible customer service!

Very pleasant and friendly garage, but put two sets of weights on the wheels counter balancing them. I asked them to do it again as it's not correct, which to be fair, they did without argument, but it came back with two sets of weights again (directly opposite each other this time). Yes, the wheel is at zero balance but it hasn't been done properly, just blindly following what the machine says. I've since taken it to another garage to get the wheel balanced correctly.
