Used this team last year and they were brilliant - this year not so good. Arrived to a grumpy man in the office who needs to learn how to greet people respectfully. The car was taken into the garage without using a seat protector - when I asked why the grumpy man at reception said he didn't know and shrugged his shoulders. I stood and watched through a window and was asked not to stand by it as it was a thoroughfare for 'management'. Ie the grupmy man in the office. So disrespectful. and didnt care about the grubby oil on my leather seat!

Arrived for gome fitting AM, although I'd expected a more specific time slot, maybe needs to be made a bit clearer when booking. Very polite, completed the work within the estimated time. No mess, gave me my locking wheel nut back and left. All very quick and efficient. Couldn't ask for more really. Thank you.
